What You’ll Need
Before scheduling, please make sure you have:
- A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID
- A smartphone, tablet or computer with a camera and microphone
- A reliable internet connection
- A working email address
- Your complete unsigned document
- All required signers available during the appointment
- A quiet and well-lit location

Common Documents We Can Notarize Online

- All signers must appear during the live video session.
- Some documents or receiving agencies may require in-person notarization.
